Join us for a 2.5 day trail running adventure on Bowen Island, BC as we combined the Handloggers Half Marathon Race with our rejuvenating luxury experience!

NOTE: A BC Ferry is required to get to Bowen Island. Ferry Reservations and bookings are not included in the trip cost. The Ferry has walk on or drive on access. Transportation to the accommodations from the Ferry is not included.

WHO?
For adventurous females who are looking to get away from the craziness of everyday life, challenge themselves to try new things in one of the most beautiful places we have ever been. This experience includes a 21km trail race, you can do the full 21km route or create a 3 person relay team.

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL CELEBRATION & SOUND BATH
- Today you will be arriving on Bowen Island and checking into our shared accommodations, The Sweet Salal Guest House.
- Accommodations are included in the experience.
- We will have a welcoming group celebration at 4:00pm, Charcuterie board included.
- Coach Zarah, will be talking about pre race fueling as we head into dinner.
- A home cooked chef prepared Dinner is enjoyed.
- Together we will enjoy a sound bath and meditation, before a good nights rest.

Meals Included: Charcuterie Board, Dinner
DAY 2 - HANDLOGGERS TRAIL RACE & RELAXING
- Today we wake to a delicouis breakfast, chef prepared.
- Follow breakfast we head to our trail race, The Handloggers Race, together to check in, get our race bibs etc.
- We are off to the races!
- A prepared packed lunch will be enjoyed post event, as we cheer for everyone who is finishing the event.
- Our afternoon will include some restful space, journal time and post race fueling session with Zarah before heading to a local eatery as a group to celebrate our races.

Meals Included: Lunch and Dinner
DAY 3 - YOGA & FARWELL
- Our morning kicks off nice and early for a a private group yoga session.
- Breakfast is prepared for us to enjoy before yoga.
- We will be checking out of our guest house accommodations after our group yoga and reflection time.
Accommodation: Included in the trip cost - checking out of The Sweet Salal House.

Run Like A Girl Adventures Inc requires travel insurance for all of our trip participants. World Nomads Travel Insurance is for independent travelers and intrepid families. You'd rather not think about all of the things that might go wrong on your trip, but these things can and do happen.
World Nomads travel insurance has been designed by travelers for travelers, to cover your trip essentials. Even if you run out of travel insurance or leave without it, World Nomads can cover you.

Your deposit is non-refundable (in all circumstances)
Once your registration form is submitted, an invoice for your trip deposit and remaining amount will be emailed to you. (This may take a few days to receive). You are able to make partial payments on the remaining balance. The remaining balance needs to be paid before 60 days from the trip start date. If you have not paid the remaining balance before 60 days of the trip start date then you are considered not coming and loose your spot on the trip. There are no refunds for any flights, activities, transportation or accommodations that have been booked holding your spot. If you have to cancel your trip for any reason there are no refunds available. All permits booked are non refundable and non transferable as they are sold on an individual basis to your passport number. If you need to cancel your within 60 days of the trip date and have not paid the final trip payment you are responsible for paying the remaining amount owed for the trip.
- All activities listed in the itinerary are subject to change due to weather and natural occurrences, however if one activity is removed another will be in its place.
- In extreme situations the trip is subject to cancelation due to weather and natural occurrences, this falls under an "act of god" and you are able to roll over your trip deposit to another trip within one calendar year.
