Our experience takes us to the top of Mount Ena and then all the way to the Nauyaca Waterfalls. We head to the west coast for the remainder of our stay visiting Uvita and the Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary.

WHAT?

Our experience truly beings upon the arrival of the small mountain town, San Jeronimo. Here we connect with the small local community, enjoy a private coffee tour learn about coffee from plant to bean. From our tour we then arrive at the private Eco-lodge, Chakra Lodge, nestled between 2 national parks in the mountains of Costa Rica, Chirripo National Park and La Amistad International Park, which is shared with Panama.

While at the Chakra Lodge we will enjoy home cooked Costa-Rican meals,  sleep in tree houses (three walls with the fourth wall open to the jungle with more stars than you can even count above.) Our second day includes our biggest experience challenge, our hike to summit Ena, this will be an 8-12hour day. The next day we will be enjoying a short hike to the Nauyaca Waterfall for a swim and some relaxing. Now is on to our beach portion of the experience where we visit Uvita for some surfing lessons, explore the local beach town, enjoy group dinner and can watch the sun set!

Our final two days include a full day boat tour and snorkeling and Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary Tour where we get to learn and explore with a private group tour. This is a jam packed 7 days as we make our way through each of the incredible elements Costa Rica has to offer!
